Return Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your order from Hooters Casino Hotel. If you're not thrilled with your purchase, please return the item(s) for an exchange, refund or credit. All returns must be in the original condition that you received them in. We do NOT accept back washed items. If a washed item is returned, we will refuse it and ask you to pay to have it returned to you. Please download and fill out the return form located here. Indicate what you are returning and why. Please let us know what you would like in return whether it be an exchange, refund or Hooters Casino Hotel Merchandise Shop credit. All returns must be made within 30 days of placing your orders. We will NOT accept returns or exchanges after the 30 day period. In order to process your return, please include your name, email address and order number along with the items that you are returning.
The item I received was defective or incorrect. Do I have to pay to ship it back to you?
If you received the wrong item or if the item is defective, we will reimburse you for the cost of shipping the item back to us. Please send the item back regular mail and include your receipt with the return. We will not reimburse for express shipping.
I sent back a return, but haven't heard anything back.
Returns can take 1-2 weeks to be processed once we receive them. When your return is processed, we will send you a notification email. Check your spam folder to make sure the notification didn't get marked as spam.
Cancellation Policy
Please check your order carefully prior to submitting it. If you need to cancel your order (or an item within your order) after hitting the "submit" button, please email us and let us know as soon as possible. We will make every effort to catch your order before it is shipped. We can not guarantee the cancellation if you do not email us immediately. If the order is shipped before you cancel, please refuse the package without opening it and it will be returned to us. When we receive the unopened order, we will credit your account and mail you a receipt. We will not reimburse for the cost of shipping the item(s) back once the package has been opened, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
